Canada Post has moved from a nationwide service disruption to rotating work interruptions. This means you may start to receive mail again, but delays are still expected due to processing backlogs.

During this time, it is important to stay on top of your bill payments, by ensuring access to your bill and payments are received by the due date.

To access your bill, log in to your online portal account.

Don’t have an account, we encourage you to do so, as payments must still be made on time even during a postal disruption – Register Now!

Pre-Authorized Payments automatically submit payment on the due date on your bill – Register Now!

Payment amounts and due dates can also be obtained by telephone at 1-866-978-2746 — please have your account number ready.
