Service Connections

Are you a homeowner building a new house or completing an addition? Do you need to upgrade your electrical supply? Our team can help you change, enhance, repair or disconnect your service.

Work request types and steps:

• New Service Installation or Upgrades to Existing Services
  • Service Request Form
• New Development
  • New Development Request Form
• Non-Electrical Maintenance (including activities within 3 meters/10 feet of the overhead power line or service mast such as tree trimming, eaves trough installation and repair, painting, siding, brick pointing, roof work or other minor renovations and installing Christmas lights)
  • Service Request Form

Please send completed Service Connection forms to our Engineering Team for review and scheduling.
